Rapid Gear can help. We’ve developed an innovative rebuilding program to save you time and money. Our experienced craftsmen restore and/or redesign old gears and gear boxes.

We’ll meet or exceed original specifications when you have multiple drive components in need of overhaul but:

  • the OEM is out of business
  • the units are discontinued or replaced with a new series
  • parts are only available from overseas with long deliveries
  • manufacturing drawings are not available
  • existing equipment requires improvement

Our experienced craftsmen restore and/or redesign old gears and gear boxes to meet or exceed original specifications. We offer quick turnaround with minimum down time as part of our commitment to you.

Whether it’s a single damaged gear, or a discontinued, worn-out gear box, we’ll get it running for you. By rebuilding, you can experience savings of up to 75% of your gear replacement costs.
